My player is a Panasonic BD35 and got its firmware updated the moment I connected it to my LAN. I hooked up the player via Ethernet cable and my router is D-Link DI 524.

The weird thing is I can't get access the BD-Live content. The movies I tried were 'You don't mess with Zohan' and 'Tropic Thunder'. Both movies give me error messages saying no internet connection.

But I can successfully send a Ping to my player in the router's configuration webpage whenever the player is switched on.

Is the player faulty or are there special configurations I need to tweak? Thank you in advance.
