I am impressed... The latest rendr Beta disk is working better than I expected.

After having started with the first beta disk back in October, and having gone through two other beta disks, I have to say that I am impressed by the recent disk that arrived today (29/12/09) in the post.

I have played quite a few video files, of different formats, such as avi, mpg and mkv and not a hiccup in any of the files. The fast forward and pause even works on those files. So far so good. Rayinblu has certainly done its home work with this latest release.

I will keep trying to break it, but at the moment it appears to be playing my vast video file collection with ease. There is a lag when you press the play button but other than that it appears to be fine. The response time jumping between different folders is very good.

Good work.

I am still using the rendr disk to stream avi files to my LCD tv and it is still fine.

We appreciate your and other beta testers' patience and help in identifying the problems. We will keep working on fixing the remaining problems and improving its functionality. Thanks everyone.
