Hi, I got my disc today (thanks) and tried it out immediately on my bd370. it hangs on the boot screen though. it just displays a screensaver going "loading" with a logo on top. but nothing else happens. what to do?

i only took so long the first time. its faster now. im using a 1gb usb drive with external power fat32. changing that is not an option. runs fine too with my 370.

In our experience, BD370 loads very fast, well under 60 seconds (that's fast for Blu-ray players).
1. Update firmware if needed.
2. Try a different USB memory. The USB memory can be too slow for the player (e.g. USB 1.0) or too fast or unsupported (e.g. size > 16GB). The player may not support any format other than FAT and FAT32.
after a long time of loading it started. trying it out now.
