mp4 file problem

Do i have to change or add some configuration to PS3 media server on Windows 7?
I can play the mp4 file on Windows 7 using the Media player.

But i can not play using the 'Rendr' disc.
'Unrecognized media format' is the error i am seeing on the TV screen after i select the MP4 file.

Could you try running PS3 Media Server - Rendr Edition as Administrator? It has been reported before and running as administrator fixes it. In the next release of PS3 Media Server, we are planning to make it run as Administrator by default.
