No disk yet, ordered April 12
on 12 April I ordered disk order number 16257 in May I received a Email that my order would be shipped 24 May, vice 17 may I emailed a few times, no answer, I sent message through the contact form and still did not receive a response, below is a copy of my order confermation. I have been using the same Email address for over 10 years and I also checked my Spam folder, no response yet.

We have had some technical difficulties in our production version which has delayed shipments. We rejected our first production version due to some errors.
