This update includes the following changes

1. Fixes video stopping issue after 1-2 minutes caused by transportation problem for "fast" communication links - video was transferred (only partially) before encoding had completed.

2. Stops the encoding process when the user stops playing the video. This allows server to free up bandwidth for a different video that a user may play.

3. Send the log to Ray in Blu server for future debugging. The log focuses on media related issues and no longer records many network events.
