Is there a demo version?
I've looked just about everywhere but can't seem to find a download link for the demo version.
In addition my Sony player is listed as SLOW, which is a big bummer. Is this a software or a hardware problem? Sure when loading disks it is extremely slow and it is also slow when navigating but how much slower is it than that? I would really like to test it out before spending $20 plus I'm impatient;)

Blu-ray players enable Blu-ray capabilities only on Blu-ray ROM and writable media but not on DVD writable media. Therefore, to make a downloaded version run, you would need a Blu-ray burner and Blu-ray media. In other words, there is no easy downloadable solution. Therefore, we have to ship a disc to you.

Sony players are slower than some other players in load time and streaming speed. Sony players are also sensitive to USB speed (you want USB 2.0). Even with the slowest players and wireless-G, SD format is never a problem. Streaming 720p works just fine on Sony players but you may have issues streaming 1080p.

I have a Blu-ray burner in my htpc. I also have blu-ray media so that's not a problem. Your website says "Order Now - Estimated Shipment May 15, 2010" which means over a month waiting:(. Is there no way to pay up and have a link send for download by email? You can send the disc at a later time.
