Version update Nov 3 - your disc will use it on next run

This update includes the following fixes

1. GUI lock up issue in some cases

2. Shows wait icon when building long playlist. Also allows aborting it. It also made GUI seem to lock up.

3. Fixed photo playlist displays and corrected sense of fast forward (play photos faster) and rewind (play photos slower) keys.

4. Checks the validity of audio/video parameters reported by the server. Will not attempt playing if the parameters are obviously wrong.
